School of TEFL

Find here info. related to our 2 days of lectures (Oct 15th / 16th), presentations and sharing. Find directions to SETI under the SETI tab above.

I'm sure it will be a great opportunity to network, gain new ideas and just enjoy some professional sharing outside the school/classroom. See this discussion for additional info. / materials, all about co-teaching.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE CO-TEACHING FEEDBACK FORM. It will only take a few moments, is completely anonymous and it will be invaluable in letting SMOE know your concerns and how we might improve the teaching within SMOE.

Please read the notes and schedule herein and also send along your lesson plan (which you will present the afternoon of the 16th) by Oct 12th to your assigned lead instructor who will have contacted you by email.

Also, if you have ppts, additional materials or just want to share conveniently with all your fellow teachers - just post up your lesson plan and contents below. That way, everyone will benefit.

Any questions, please ask them here! We are here to help! For directions to SETI (please arrive between 8:30 and 8:50) click the SETI tab above!

Here is the Clue/Seating Game which Bret Clevenger in his lecture went over.... I've added some role play cards and clue cards to make it more communicative.

Just print two copies of the clue cards. One is used for students to guess. The other turned over - to choose randomly "Who did it". Of course, you can also play using the ppt slide. Thanks a million Bret!
